What is diaper erythema?
Diaper erythema can occur at any time during the period of diaper use. Most children will experience this, with symptoms such as redness, swelling or pimples on the bottom, thighs and genital area. The affected skin area may also be hot to the touch.

The risk of diaper rash changes as the baby grows.
