Banana Exfoliator

The banana, in addition to moisturizing the skin, is rich in vitamins and nutrients that provide a greater elasticity to it and promote its maintenance.

For this homemade recipe, you only need:

  • 3 bananas;
  • 1 cup of brown sugar.


Stir and knead well until it turns into a kind of paste and spread in the regions it considers more oily.

Massage a few minutes and remove.

Yogurt and coffee scrub



Coffee is often used to treat cellulite, but it also has relevant properties in terms of skin beautification. Its granules help to clean the pores, removing the impurities, being considered also a great exfoliator. It also has antioxidants that act by slowing the aging of the skin and removing the amount of dead cells.

Yogurt has vasodilatory properties that stimulate blood flow, rejuvenating the skin. On the other hand, it has antibacterial characteristics that help to moisturize the skin and provide an acceleration in the healing process and removal of blemishes.

The combination of these two ingredients produces an ideal result for oily skins.

For this homemade recipe, you only need:

  • 1 natural yogurt;
  • 4 tablespoons of coffee powder.


Mix until uniform.

Apply on face for 10 to 20 minutes.

Clean with warm water.

Exfoliating sugar and honey  

This homemade recipe helps to moisturize and remove impurities from the skin. The sugar acts as an exfoliant, removing dead cells and the honey reaches deeper places like pores and moisturizes the entire skin, renewing it. Honey has amino acid, antiseptic and antibiotic properties. 

For this homemade recipe, you only need:

    • 2 tablespoons of honey;
    • 2 tablespoons sugar.


  Add and stir the sugar into the honey until a consistent mixture is obtained.

Apply on face.

Perform firm circular motions for 2 minutes.

Leave on for 10 minutes.

Rinse with water and towel.
