It is especially the unsaponifiables and phytosterols contained in this lipid extract that make it a soothing oil. Calendula is a great friend for babies and sensitive skin, to calm fire or soothe itchy skin. A safe and easy-to-use oil that works alone or, for adult illnesses, in synergy with a low dose of essential oils acting in the same direction (asp lavender, cistus ladanifera, noble or German chamomile).
Apply to skin and massage until completely absorbed.

Do not hesitate to apply this oily serum two to three times a day on the affected area. If the itch is very strong, you can add 6 drops of essential oil of field mint (mentha arvensis) to the mixture for a refreshing effect that relieves itching.
