Hazelnut oil properties
The hazelnut is a type of nut that is very rich in nutrients, vitamins and fats, making it possible to extract its vegetable oil. As with most oils extracted from seeds, it must be extracted by mechanical cold pressing so that its nutrients and vitamins do not degrade through any heating, obtaining a golden colored oil.

Thanks to the fact that it is a source of various types of vitamins and nutrients (vitamins A, C, E, calcium, potassium and omega 9, among others), and having a characteristic aroma, hazelnut oil is widely used in the formulation of creams. , soaps and shampoos. The composition of hazelnut oil allows for several actions, such as:

Anti age;
hair protection;
Protection from the sun;
Skin hydration and protection.
Due to the significant amounts of vitamins C and E and omega 9 (oleic acid), hazelnut oil applied as a cosmetic ensures hydration, nutrition and protection of the skin and hair, also increasing the flexibility and elasticity of the skin. Containing vitamins B1, B2 and B6, hazelnut oil also has anti-inflammatory properties and even helps in the healing process.

How to use?
Hazelnut oil can be applied to the body and face, always remembering the need to dilute the oil in water, thus avoiding high concentration and possible irritation.

For application on the body, after bathing, apply a few drops of hazelnut oil on the skin, massage and rinse. On the face, apply a few drops to the forehead, chin and cheeks, always massaging and avoiding getting close to the eyes, as it can cause irritation. If this happens, rinse eyes with running water, and if irritation persists, consult a physician.
