  • Honey can make you fat. It's sweet and it's very caloric. Therefore, unmoderate consumption can lead to weight gain.
  • Children under one year of age should not consume honey, as they do not have a fully formed microbiota, as this product may contain Clostridium botulunum, a bacteria that causes botulism, a potentially fatal disease. In healthy adults, the amount of Clostridium botulunum is not harmful.
  • People with diabetes should avoid honey consumption.
  • Pregnant women who consume honey in an unmoderate way may suffer from gestational diabetes.

Ingredients

  • 5 g of chemical yeast
  • 2 g of ginger
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 carnation

Preparation Mode

  • In a pot, place the milk, butter and honey. Let it melt and mix. Reserve.
  • In a container, place the flour, yeast and sugar.
