Step 2: Fill the bathtub / basin with water
Fill a small bathtub or sink with water at the temperature recommended on the care label. If there is no caution label, choose cold or warm water. Add about a teaspoon of detergent. You may need more detergent if the garment is large or several items.

Step 3: submerge and dive
Dip the laundry in the soapy water and let it soak. Use gentle strokes to dab the garment in the soapy water. Avoid rubbing or twisting. These actions can stretch or damage the fabric. Gently wash the clothes in soapy water until they are clean.

Step 4: wipe and repeat
Drain the sink or bathtub and refill with cold rinse water. Push the laundry up and down in the water until all the soap is removed. If you're not sure, smell the clothes to make sure they don't smell anymore. Repeat the process with clean water, if necessary.

How to wash a hat by hand?
Caps are useful for protecting your eyes from the sun, but they can quickly get dirty with perspiration and body oil.

Step 1: Pre-treatment of stains
First, make sure your cap has a cardboard flap. To do this, just touch; if it has a hollow sound, it is likely to be made of cardboard and you should avoid submerging it in water. Instead, simply wipe with a cloth or brush without submerging.

If your hat is stained or discolored, especially around the sweat band, treat it with a gel stain remover before washing. Allow the solution to soak according to the manufacturer's instructions before washing.

Step 2: Fill the washbasin and wash your hat
Fill a sink or container with cold water, enough to completely submerge the hat. Add a few drops of liquid laundry detergent and shake the water until bubbles form. Soak the hat for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 3: wipe and dry
Rinse the hat with cold water and squeeze gently to remove the foam, avoiding the visor. Dry with a clean towel, then air dry, placing a small bowl or container to keep in shape.

How to dry hand-washed clothes?
After washing your clothes by hand, you will probably need to dry them. Hanging clothes to dry instead of the dryer can prevent them from shrinking, fading and other heat damage.

Step 1: Squeeze out the water
Gently squeeze out excess water from the clothing. Do not wring clothes, as this can stretch the fibers and damage the fabric.

Step 2: place a towel
On a flat surface, lay out a clean, dry bath towel (which has been washed several times and is no longer lint-free). Place the freshly washed clothes on the towel, giving it shape. Wrap the towel, wrapping the clothes in the towel. Gently press the rolled towel to stimulate water absorption. Repeat with another clean, dry towel if the first one gets soaked.

Step 3: Air dry

Follow the instructions on the clothing label. If there is no label, place the hand-washed clothes on a clean, dry white towel, spread on a flat, moisture-resistant surface. Turn the clothes over periodically and replace the damp towel with a dry one, as needed. Air dry your delicate lingerie on a clothesline. If the dry laundry is wrinkled, check the label for the appropriate ironing temperature and, if necessary, gently press the laundry to finish. If there is no caution label, test in an inconspicuous area before pressing. Hang or fold clothes as soon as they are dry to prevent wrinkles.
